The Philippines is one of the first countries in Southeast Asia to roll out the testing program, with Trinity University of Asia among the schools initially asked to try out Windows 11 SE.

As one of the first members of Acer Academy, Trinity University of Asia was invited by Acer Philippines to experience Windows 11 SE. Acer Academy is a program that helps develop real and innovative computing solutions to help education. Acer Academy helps teachers gain experience by extending the use of technology throughout teaching planning and practice.

The test program with Trinity University of Asia is a five-week course where teachers and students learn using Acer laptops installed with Windows 11 SE. Throughout this time, Acer and Microsoft will demonstrate how devices can help blended learning. After the course, the school will provide feedback on their experience and how they think the program can be improved.

Windows 11 SE provides a simplified, secure, and organized experience for students. Administrators remotely manage Windows 11 SE devices using Microsoft Intune for Education. Administrators also ensure that student privacy is a priority.

“As the nation’s leading computing brand, Acer’s mission is to break down the barriers between people and technology. With Windows 11 SE, we’re delivering options that are simpler, more secure, and work on more affordable devices,” said Carren Garcia, Senior Director of Sales, Acer.
